    Because of the thick midsole, the inside of the shoe is slightly narrower than a typical shoe of the same size.

    A: Yes. We want you to get the right fit. One free size exchange within 7 days of delivery applies to orders within Thailand. For international orders, size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, with shipping both ways paid by the customer. We just ask that you try them on indoors only, without wearing them outside, and that the shoes are still in new condition with no creases or marks.

  • 📦 Q: How long will delivery take?

    A: If an item shows “In stock” → 1-3 day delivery within Thailand, shipped from Bangkok. Within Bangkok, we can also send it by Grab on request, so you receive it in 1-2 hours. International orders ship by Thailand Post with tracking: Standard (7–14 business days) or Express (3–7 business days).
