1. Nationwide Delivery (Thailand Post or others)
- Service: FREE! nationwide delivery for all orders
- Delivery Schedule: We deliver products Monday - Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for payment notification and order confirmation is 12:00 PM daily. Notifications received after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
- Parcel Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or by logging in to our website to check the delivery status.
2. Express Delivery Service in Bangkok and Vicinity (Grab Express)
- Service: For customers who need urgent same-day delivery, you can choose to use Grab Express delivery service.
- Service Fee: Customers are responsible for the delivery fee, which will be calculated based on the actual distance from the origin (Lat Phrao 101) to the destination.
- How to Use the Service:
1. Please contact our staff to check the delivery fee and confirm service usage.
2. Customers must pay the full product price before delivery.
3. Our staff will arrange for Grab delivery and inform you of the details.
3. Additional Conditions
- Promotional Products: For products included in promotions, different delivery conditions may apply. Please check the specific promotion details.
- Payment: We reserve the right to deliver products only after full payment has been confirmed, as we currently do not offer cash-on-delivery services.
